Will the Ocean Hill area of Bed-Sty see the growth and gentrification effects in the next 2-3 years??

Me and my wife have been looking to buy a house in Brooklyn for the past month. Areas like Bushwick around the 11207 zip code and parts of Crown Heights tend to be the ones with the lowest price range but I show a good house in Ocean Hill area and I’m not quite sure if to move there or keep looking. I have a 4 yr daughter and feel like the area has potential but need some much need advice. The realtor tells me I could fetch $2,200 for the 3 bedroom duplex unit not sure what to do…anyone one knows how to go about???

Also I’m having a hard time getting a good, readable agent with solid knowledge not only of the market in Brooklyn but most important ample access to multiple listings. Don’t want to buy in Brooklyn just to say I bought in BK. anyone knows of good agents and most important there point of vie on Ocean Hill area
