http://cdn.brownstoner.com/4ee2613c23140-.jpg
Our new house came with an antique stove, which we’re offering up for sale. It’s a 1950’s era gas range, oven and broiler. We’ve also got the original instruction booklet and warranty. Features:
Robertshaw Flame Master Oven Control thermostat, Minitmaster Timer and Clock, 4 burners,
and a Broiler. I’ve started it up, and it seems to be in good working condition. It’s 36″ wide. $300 or best offer. Please email me at: meganh1 at yahoo dot com.

I have _almost _the same stove and love it! Mine doesn’t have a window in the oven door and only has 1 oven dial….looks like yours might have separate ones for oven/broiler? I came upon your post while searching for repair folks, as mine just developed a gas leak. Any chance you would consider scanning and emailing the manual? Happy to pay for the trouble…..

Thanks, Megan. After measuring, I guess we are going to have to stick with a 30 inch stove, unfortunately. Try Craigslist too. I would think you won’t have any trouble finding a taker for this stove. There are lots of neighborhood stove repair and used stove places that can transport it also.

I use an old Chambers stove and love it. However, for those that are not experienced you have to handle vintage stoves with caution. Most have to be lit by hand. Stoves from the 50’s had pilot lights but the oven you would light by hand. It’s very easy to singe your eyebrows if you don’t watch what you’re doing.

Depth is 27 inches. Height is 36 inches. The rear thing adds another 12 inches onto it, for a total of 48 inches. Thanks for asking. Please email me at meganh1 at yahoo dot com if you have any more questions!

Can you tell me the depth measurement? And total height including the rear thing? Thanks very much.

not a buyer (just bought a new stove on black friday) but wanted to say – beautiful stove.. I was looking t retro options while shopping, and if it’s working, you’ll get that price, easily.
