Does anyone know who would buy a custom made kitchen in a newly purchased home?

I just bought a home in clinton hill and unfortunately would like to reconfigure the first floor of the home and take out the kitchen. It was just renovated prior to the sale and is a beautiful custom made kitchen with mahogany cabinets, black granite counter tops, and black kitchen aid fridge/ stove/ microwave/ dishwasher and an amazing viking stove.    .
