Demolition of multi family building means all of the relatively new kitchen appliances must go: 4 apartment kitchens and 4 bathrooms for sale: -4 small two door upright refrigerators (one stainless steel avanti) – Four 4 burner electric ranges (one stainless steel). ikea kitchen sinks, faucets, sink bases, upper cabinets, All between 1 and 4 years old.  Also 4 bathroom sink bases with sinks and faucets (ikea) $200 each. Retail more like $600\.  May be able to salvage built in cast iron tubs but wont know until demo begins.
