Burnham Gas-Fired Steam Heat Boiler and Kenmore Refrigerator for Sale

Burnham gas-fired “independence” steam heat boiler for sale after we switched to hot-water heat. The boiler dates from 2005 and works great — heated entire 4-story brownstone. 155,000 BTUs.  It’s already disconnected and my GC can assist with loading it into a van or truck.  I have the installation, operating and service instructions.
