Brand new fully warrantied Thermador fridge -- my loss = your gain

The 36 inch wide french door Thermador fridge model T36BT71FSE doesn’t fit into my apartment. It is on the parlor floor of our brownstone in Fort Greene. Purchased from Curto’s, this was a floor model in perfect condition. How come curtos wont let you return it if its brand new? I had the same problem with an Electrolux fridge we purchased from PC Richards (though the smart delivery guys pointed out the issue before they even got it off the truck) PC Richards were amazing, 4 mins after the truck arrived the salesperson was on the phone calling me saying he’d arranged to have it replaced with the counter depth version, they had confirmed with the delivery guy it fit through our front door, arranged it to be delivered the next day and was calling to let me know that the extra delivery wouldn’t be charged for. lol wow…..PC Richards earned me as a customer for life that day.
