FHA MORTGAGE CHANGES COMING JUNE 3RD

If your buying a home and you have a contract – make sure your mortgage person pulls an FHA case # before June 3rd.  If you dont your PMI will either never go away or last a minimum of 11 Years.  This all depends on the down payment.
