Our condo is replacing its brownstone stucco facade and are considering using Roy D. Can anyone provide a reference for him or point us towards work that he’s done. Thanks

He and his crew redid the facade at 149 Sterling Place (the place right off 7th Ave. to the immediate right of the blue house) a couple of years ago. They did a beautiful job on a formerly crumbly place -. remade elliptical and bas relief and incised detail, etc. I talked a bit to the crew and they all seemed to love working with Roy.

Roy did our house in 2001 or so. He did a good job, his price was competitive, he was businesslike and his crew were polite and cleaned up at the end of the day. Give me a contact email and I will send you my street address and give you any other information you’d like.
