Facade Repairs

We plan to get our façade repaired starting in the spring 2016; would like to start interviewing contractors soon. If anyone can provide us a recommendation, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I got a recommendation from a neighbor for Roy D Construction. I have just engaged him, so I haven’t got anything to report on the quality of his work. He has done, and is doing a lot of brownstone facades in the area, including said neighbor. What I can say is that his quote came it at half the amount I got from other contractors, and he seems like a very nice fellow.

Definitely you need to find a bunch of professional contractors for interviewing.Once you?ve identified a bunch of contractors, you will need to meet and talk with each of them. One thing to sure ask each your Contractors for four or five local references. I don’t have particular recommendation But I suggests you to visit local online directories like Porch, Yelp, Red Becan etc where large number of professional are listed area-wise.

as I recommended to other poster earlier..shahab uddin. He has done masonry work for me for years. From sidewalks, to repointing, building new stoop, lintels, etc, etc.

Just started tackling my limestone & brick home. Had my steps done prior to this. Titan contracting has been doing work in Crown Heights for two years now so I took my neighbors word and stuck with them. So far so good. Foreman is always here and communication and professionalism has been wonderful so far considering im always at work. They also have terrific reviews on HomeAdvisor.
