Brownstone facade repair

Recently a piece of my building’s facade fell off.  Its located at the top left window.  Does anyone know of someone who can repair this?  Any idea of the cost?   Thanks in advance.

Having your facade redone is a very expensive project. I got quotes from 4 different contractors (Edson usa, Excellent contracting, Jose Gonzalez, J Mos) and all their prices vary between 40k-75k. Though we liked all their works, it was above our budget. We are postponing the project until the fall and will most likely split the scratch coat and final coat into this year and next. I agree with what sourcream has said about calling few contractors, but also don’t forget to ask them to give you few references. This will allow you to make good decision when come to choosing a contractor to do the job. I did that for mine and ask the contractors to give me the addresses of the job he has done. I went and spoke with the owner to make sure he gave me right information. I end up using Millad (CTG Construction) to do my front stoop and back wall, and was very pleased with his work and professionalism. In case you want his contact info: 718-669-8305.

I suggest you call a few contractors, shop around a bit, see the options they provide and then you could get a better idea of what to do. When I was re-doing my steps thats what I did. I got a whole lot of different quotes surprising in the high and low end. But shop around, ask lots of questions and its always good doing the planning stages to have GC’s give you there recommendations. Take advantages of free estimates.
