Exterminator recs?

Hi B’stoners, Does anyone have recs for a good exterminator in Brooklyn?  I’ve used Orkin years ago but just wondering if there are companies that folks prefer over the larger chains.  There’s really no major household pest issue (the occasional mouse and/or waterbug will make their guest appearances from time to time but no infestation).  Have a new tenant coming in soon and just want to do this as a precaution.  Many thanks

I’ve always had a good experience with Jeff at Ecology Exterminating.  Prob had a handful of guys there come out over the years, honestly everyone is pulling from the same labor pool, but i like being able to call jeff if i’m really freaking out with something (termites etc).  I’ve had the worst experience with Orkin, stopped using them in my manhattan days.

DQ Pest Control http://www.dqpestcontrol.com is a very good exterminating company in New York City.  I had bedbugs last year and they inspected my place with their bed bug detection dog.  The dog found bedbugs in only my bedroom.  DQ Pest Control came back to my home and treated only my bedroom.  Other pest control companies wanted to treat every room in my home, which would have costed me a fortune.  I saved a lot of money using this company and I was very satisfied with their exterminating services.
