Wood frame house inspector..

We are bidding on a woodframe house in Kensington and if all goes well we want to line up a home inspector who is familiar with wood frame house “bones”. Any recomendations would be appriciated.

we closed on a frame house last year and used Rich Perri.  he explained everything in layman’s terms, we recieved the complete report in a day or so.  he sent us a pdf along with a hard copy.  overall we were satisifed w/ him.   http://www.richperri.com or (718) 828-9116
