Sidewalk violation

I received a Sidewalk violation with 45 day notice.
My sidewalk is bluestone and it´s not bad at all, no steps no holes.
What´s this about?

I got the same thing. Everyone on the north side of our block did. I was afraid they would come out and break up my bluestone so I had the bluestone levelled by Carlos Serna. Was not cheap but it is great now. His number is: 917 834 6170.

This might be 1/2″, but it had concrete in it. I don´t really understand what could be the problem

If there’s a half-inch discrepancy between pavers you get a violation.  If it’s not too big a difference you might be able to mitigate it w/ a fill-in of cement.  You can also get an extension on the process by asking for a review of the violation.  I did that once & had filled in before the 2nd inspection/review & the violation was tossed.
