I think my neighbor plains on rebricking his house including stoop. He owns a construction company. Please let me know what permits are required. Thanks.

I’m assuming you mean repointing the brick – you don’t need a permit for that.

If you mean something else, then yes, most likely he will need need a permit.

Ok, thanks. I checked with my cousin who is an architect and he said they should have an OT work permit for general construction.

No permits required for the work itself unless it’s landmarked. But if they need tall scaffolding, or a sidewalk they will.
