Final Construction Inspection - Failure

Does anyone have experience interpreting what this means? (reasons for failure?) FRSC – fire rated solid core SD/CM – smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector RECLING – ? – railing? FPSC – fireproof solid core All the doors need a specific rating which should have been established by your architect or engineer of record. Check your plans for the proper ratings of walls and doors.
