Backyard concrete removal

We have appx. 150 sq. ft. of concrete that needs to be broken up and removed from our backyard. Any reputable, well priced recommendations out there? Thank you!

I just used “Just Rubbish Removal” from the directory here to demo and haul an old exterior wall and they did a fine job especially since they had to cart the mess through the house.  I would use them again.
