Great job by Lopopolo Iron Works

This is another very positive review for Lopopolo Iron Works. Joseph Lopopolo and his team built a deck off the parlor floor of our apartment. Joseph had excellent ideas that influenced our design, and his price was very competitive with the other companies we were considering. I visited his shop on McDonald Avenue to get a sense of his workmanship and saw the wide range of skillful work he had done. After we signed on with Joseph, our permits were held up for an incredibly long time, and Joseph was very patient with our delays. In fact, he delivered the steel beams about nine months before we ultimately completed the job because he wanted ensure that their delivery wouldn’t damage the rest of our renovation. Once we had our permits, he finished the job almost immediately. His workers were careful and hard-working, and Joseph quickly accommodated a last-minute design change that we threw at him. Through it all, Joseph was a real pleasure to work with. His professionalism, skill, and ability to deliver his product on time and as promised stood out to me among the other contractors we worked with during our renovation.
