Expediting Cost Question
Expediting Cost question: looking for some preliminary budget numbers for following: Alt1 filing, DOB, LPC filing, amended CoO, probably zoning study to confirm feasability of added space also, scope is adding appox 200sf to existing terrace on duplex PH, any insight much appreciated!

8000-15000 would include C of O if it’s for strictly expediting. There are additional costs such as architect/engineer, reports, inspections, surveyor, DOB fees, etc.
