Can anyone recommend someone who can rebuild a small wooden deck?

I have a  small 16 year old wooden deck that needs to be replaced on a brownstone in Park Slope.

For what it’s worth, wood is no longer allowed for decks, not even Ipe which apparently doesn’t burn. This changed about a year ago. If you’re worried about being to code, I think you have to go steel and stone.
