Backyard Design on a Budget

Hi Everyone! I’m new to this wonderful forum.  My husband and I are looking to design our backyard (approx 600 sq ft.)  We have a budget between $10-15k to try to create our “oasis” from the city.  Can anyone recommend landscape designers they have worked with in the past?  We would love to add an ipe deck, fencing, planters etc.   Thanks!
