Backyard cleanup and resurfacing/paving?

We are looking to have our backyard cleaned up and graded (now a mix of flagstone and bricks around a central, raised Japanese maple) and then are considering changing the surface, either installing permeable pavers of some kind or wooden deck-like planking. A couple of questions: 1) is there one person/service that can do both of these projects? 2) any ideas on cost for this kind of thing? Backyard is approx 400 sf. We would like to do something budget-conscious yet long lasting and good for kids to play on 3) any recommendations for good people that could do this work? Many thanks
