Staircase repair/rebuild: Atlantic Stairs in Bushwick

I’ve scoured the forums, and couldn’t find any mention of them. I did see mentions of Soxco, whom I finally got a hold of. Bill at Fine Circular Stairs was unreachable, and Marty Anderson in NJ doesn’t come to Brooklyn anymore. I have a staircase that needs either to be rebuilt or replaced. Got a quote from Soxco, but thought to get a second one before moving forward. Marty Anderson actually recommended Atlantic Stairs. Anyone have any experience with them?
