Second floor partition and small room around the boiler

I had great luck finding an electrician on Brownstoner so hopefully, this go around will be equally as successful. Can anyone recommend a resonably-priced contractor to erect a partition on the second floor of our brownstone? We would like it to integrate easily into the hallway and appear as seamless as possible. Also, we would like the same builder to make a small room around the boiler so we can satisfy an HPD violation. All recommendations appreciated!

Note, that the boiler room needs to be constructed of the proper fire rated wall, door & frame and will need a FAI to feed the boiler.
