ISO somebody to identify source of leak

We have a leak around the windows in one of our rooms.  We have had many roofers come to try to fix the leak and nobody seems to be able to figure out the problem.  We’ve also had the window frames re-sealed.  Each time it rains, the damage gets worse.  At this point, I don’t even know if the leak is from the roof, the facade or somewhere else.  I’m looking for somebody who can come and work to identify the source of the leak, so we can finally fix it for good.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

How does the wall outside the window look?  Can you take some photos while it is actually raining? I.e. if you notice it is leaking or damp, or if it rains the way it does when you’ve seen it get wet or damp before, can you go out and take some pictures of how it looks?  Sometimes this can be helpful.  I’ve been struggling with a similar problem for a few years and I’ve done various fixes along the way, including a total roof replacement, leaking drain pipe in the wall, some brick pointing, replaced downspout and scupper box from parapet, but still have the problem.  Wish I had hired a top guy to fix it once and for all at the beginning, these mystery leaks are devastating.  My next step is to get another couple of guys to look at and try another new approach (more brick repair and maybe flashing / lintel work.)  hope it works because it will be another expensive waste if it doesn’t.  Good luck, please let us know what happens.
