Frame house renovation in Canarsie

I’m thinking of purchasing a small 1224sqft single family home in good condition. Is there a ball park per square foot construction estimate for the renovation? I plan on upgrading the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sanding and polishing the floors. Thank you!

I agree with -ev, always hard to tell w/o seeing obviously. I’ve been dealing with Tony of Interior Remodeling (917-882-2864) for the past 10 years. He’s old school and terrific.
