(sorry if this duplicates. seem to have lost my reply.) Nick from Transcend Construction. Search the archives and you will see many hearty recommendations for him, including mine.  He’s the best–down to earth, honest, fairly priced, and he and his guys do very good work.  I am perpetually disappointed in the tradespeople we have hired for various types of work (ranging from inexpensive to supposedly high-end); Nick is the only one I enthusiastically recommend.  Pls tell him the folks in the carriage house in prospect heights recommended him.   His info: 718.851.1140 (He gets busy, but he is worth the wait.)
