7th Ave & 19th Street Beer Garden?

My husband said he saw people working on the site on 7th Avenue between 19th and 20th that was reportedly going to be a beer garden. Does anyone know if that is what they are working on over there? Any updates on plans or a timeline for it to open? Very curious…
