Recommendation for ET Construction

Just wanted to put in a good word for ET Construction, who did a great job for our co-op in Prospect Heights after a leak in a shareholder apartment caused water damage in a floor joist, which had to be sistered.  Eddie Torres responded immediately, came by and gave us a competitive quote, fulfilled without complaint our annoyingly stringent requirements about being naming the co-op as co-insured for liability, and did the job within a week of originally contacting him.  He also did a great job replacing the ceiling below the leak, which sustained significant water damage as well.  He advertises on here in the Directory–his website is http://www.phoneetforyourhome.com/ Great work, good price, good guy, and very co-op friendly!  Highly recommended.
