Co-op Questionnaire Fee

Hi all, I’m in contract on a place in the Clinton Hill Co-ops, and my bank requested that the management office provide them with the Co-op questionnaire, however the management office says they need a check for $250 in order to send it. Does that seem right or am I just being cheap and naive?

I’m the pres of our co-op and they tried to vote this in for fund raising even though i’m the one that fill these out….pass.
