Brownstone Co-op wishes to install an Intercom/Buzzer system - any installer recommendations?

4 unit co-op wants to install an Intercom and buzzer system on exterior of bldg plus add a lock and striker to outside door (no lock currently).  Interior door would need a striker added as well (currently have a lock).  If anyone has had any experience with this type of endeavor and has a recommendation for an Intercom brand and person or company to do the work, would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks for your recommendation – could not find Tri State (do u have address?) but located a Sean w/ph# under Breukelen Heights Maintenance. Have you had experience w/this co. and is Sean the person that did the work u mention above?
