My cleaning lady is Eloisa, she’s cleans my brownstone rental properties common hallways, common-area laundry room, in front on the brownstone and the backyard – once a month.  Several of my tenants have also hired her separatley to clean their apartments every 2 weeks or so.  I’ve used her now for over 4 years, she has her own set of keys.  She’s extremely reliable, trustworthy and very professional.  If she is cleaning mutiple units or a large apartment she usually brings an extra person.  To book her you will need to coordinate with her husband Julio, he’s reachable at the following number and/or email.  718-781-9904 / bonete.julio@gmail.com
