Constantine of Bullfrog Builders (917-509-8751) as your contractor. Ton of experience with 203k’s. Bullfrog usually works with Jock Deboer as architect, Keith Arthur as HUD Conultant and Barry Koven of Wells Fargo as the lender. I have two clients who used this team and they were both thrilled with the outcome.
