Structural engineer recommendation for townhouse renovation

I am looking for recommendations for a structural engineer for DOB plans and for special inspections, etc. Looking for someone who is cost effective, the work for the plans has been mostly done but of course needs a PE.

I highly recommend Celin Munoz. We received quotes from other engineers that were far more costly, so our architect advised us to consider Celin, who at the time was new to him as well and far less expensive. Celin was incredibly thorough, professional, detail-oriented, responsive and responsible, and he is now the go-to engineer for both our contractor and our architect. If you do give him a call, tell him the folks on 8th street in Park Slope recommended him. We do so without any hesitation.
