Reno on Upstairs Bathroom-Limited Budget

Homeowner on a limited budget.  Second floor bathroom is not bad, no major problems but would like to update. The only new fixture will be the sink and new faucets.  Possibly new shower head and control mechanism (sorry not sure of the name for that, probably a completely new shower fixture) New light/fan combo.  No other new lighting. New medicine cabinet. Would prefer new wall and floor tiles.  Going for the subway tile look. Please, also, ceiling work including-excluding-existing “heat lights”. I only have $10,000.00 in which to complete same.  Is it possible on my budget?

That price seems very realistic. Try Rich Taglieri at 347-866-4279\. He is completing a bathroom renovation for us right now, and we are very happy with his work. He knows a top-notch tile guy who worked on Jerry Seinfeld’s house.

Possible yes. The question is will you get the right job done for that price especially since unkowns usually exist such as condition of pipes behind walls etc
