Ornamental plaster recommendations?

Hi – I am looking for someone to do custom plaster casing and corbels to restore the historical appearance of an interior arch (separating a living room and dining room in a townhouse)? Any recommendations? I have heard of Hyde Park Mouldings, but looking for other, more budget-friendly alternatives. Thank you

Cannot recommend Hugo highly enough and we are happy to have you stop by to have a look at his work…he’s done all four floors of our brownstone and has recreated decorative crown molding which everyone thinks is original…he’s THAT good. I have used over the years an incredible plaster restorer who’s real name escapes me and I have lost touch with. He is known as Fritz he started out many years ago working with Art in Construction when they were on Vanderbilt Ave. Originally from the Caribbean, lives in Brooklyn. Raul 305 494 2539 I cannot recommend Raul enough. Not only is he an incredible workman and artist but a great guy as well. He did a great job restoring an ornate plaster ceiling hidden under a drop ceiling for us. Give him a call.
