NY Fine Circular Stairs: recommendations and warnings?

Hi all, We’re considering using Bill Barnett from NY Fine Circular Stairs to build and install handrails and spindles in our house (all new). Would love your recommendations or warnings. If you have other contractors that you would recommend, we are also open to hearing about them. Thanks!

I’ve heard only good things about them.  Heights Carpenter does it too if you want a 2nd opinion.
