Master Contractor Needed

My home needs some work….possibly structural. Looking for a licensed, knowledgeable and honest contractor who pays attention to details and is reasonably priced. If you do need structural work you need an engineer to specify what needs to be done to remedy the situation. Thus the engineer’s drawings will inform what a contractor needs to do. Are you talking about replacing a few rotted beams, reinforcing sagging stairs, shear cracks or the whole house leaning sideways?

It is always best to work out what it is that you need doing; especially if it is structural. Do you need a mason, a carpenter, a steel worker? Just to ask for recommendations for Contractors without specifics of what you want doing is like shooting in the dark. You might do better to look for an architect/engineer to work out what you really need and want to do to come up with a plan.
