Looking for an architect, an engineer and a contractor (separated or all in one) recommendations for a cellar renovation in CG

The work would include digging up, removing walls, installing a laundry room, ect…. Looking for a business with great references and reasonable prices. Thanks! AW

For an engineering firm I would reccommend Grant Engineering http://www.grantpllc.com/ . They do all the different engineering disciplines and have great service.  For architecture www.rodriguezstudio.com 212-217-1535- my firm, we have been doing residential renovations in Brooklyn and Manhattan (and elsewhere) for the last 8+ years.    Email us at info@rodriguezstudio.com and I will send you references and photos. As for a contractor- it depends on yor scope and budget, but we know many with which we have worked and can help you select the right one when the time comes.
