ISO Recs for architects or design/build?

We are in the first stages of planning a renovation on our Gowanus townhouse. We have lived here for nearly 10 years and have a pretty good idea of what we want to do: dig out basement, replace center wood beam with steel, cut windows into rear wall of basement level, open up garden level floor and re-do bathroom, install island in kitchen, new floors on first and second floors, new stairs to basement, replace worn treads on stairs to 2nd floor, install bathroom on 2nd floor, add closets, build room divider in front parlor to create two kid spaces, install split units throughout house and minor renovations on top floor rental including kitchen update and bathroom renovation. I am looking for recommendations for architects and design/build firms. We need plans but also some one that can help us figure out what we can afford to do and what will get cut based on our budget. Also, we have a pretty firm budget and I have discovered it’s not in line with the big guys. Thanks!
