Definitely get a quote from Vinroy at Park Slope Brownstone Restoration 646-554-4513, parkslpeBrownstone@hotmail.com.  He did a great job for me, mixed retained bluestone and some tinted cement. I checked two other sites he did first, both well done. Honest and very reasonably priced.  Some of these other guys think we are made of money or something. He got the permit, cleared the violation, and the work has held up fine.
