We hired BK START2FINISH (John Daidone) to paint our fire escapes and the ironwork in front of our building. They did an acceptable job on the fire escapes but did not complete the work in the front. There are a lot of spots he missed and there was a section that he had told one of the coop owners he would paint and he did not do it. It seemed like he ran out of paint and didn’t want to buy another can. His contract stated that his work was warrantied for 5 years, but when we emailed him and made arrangements for him to come back to do a touch up, he never showed, gave us an excuse afterwards the first time and never even bothered to do that the second. He is unreliable and did not honor the contract and I would DEFINITELY not recommend him.

HI JASON I USED BK START2FINISH BEFOR AND I WOULD RECOMMAND THEM ANYTIME. THE DID A GUT RENOVATION FOR MY 3 BEDROOM APT. THEY WHERE ON TIME EVERY DAY AND DID A GREAT JOB. LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME BY AND SEE WHAT THEY DID. IF YOU GO WITH HIM YOU WILL HAVE NO REGRETS.
