Gut Renovation in Jersey City

Hi, I just bought a place in Paulus Hook area of Jersey City. It is a 4 floor brownstone, 1000 sq ft/floor, currently a 3 family house. I am planning on doing a gut renovation to make it a 1 family place. Do you have any suggestions for architects and contractors that have done a good job in the area? Thank you for your help!

I’ve also done a bunch pf work with Andreas of Craft Workshop. He’s really great. He’s got an amazing eye for details and interior finishes, as well as a great set of subs who work with him almost as partners on most of his projects.

I didn’t work with a gc on my Jersey City renovation but there was an excellent plumber – Aqua Plumbing (201) 860-0040 They swept in with about 5 guys and took care of a laundry list of plumbing things. Very professional and great work!
