fixing up/restoring a mirror over a mantel

Hello, We are thinking of buying a mirror to go above our mantel. The mirror is in decent shape but can use some cleaning up. Does anybody have any recommendations as to where we can go to get the mirror fixed up/restored? I have no idea where to begin. Thank you in advance.
