Expected Demo costs on a brownstone?

Im curious if anyone has an idea of what would be a fair price to expect to pay for demo on a 4 story brownstone. The scope of work is outlined below: Basement garden level: Protect all floors with ram board. Remove all paneling in half way where new opening will go and larger vestibule. Remove all cabinets and molding in center core. Remove fixture and cabinet in extension and store. Leave and protect cabinet to right of fireplace on kitchen level. Gut off all extension room. Remove walls and floor in kitchen area. Remove plaster in main room in half for large entry and large opening btw rooms. All label and store. Parlor level: protect floors with ram board. Preserve and protect all molding. Remove fixture in kitchen. Remove pluming in halg bath and save. Gut off all plaster in closet, kitchen and half bath area. Second floor; Remove and protect all fixtures and wood work in center area. Gut off plaster from center area. Protect all crown by screwing up lathe around. Gut off wall in half for new closet door. Gut off bath ceiling. Remove all plaster on bath wall for pocket door. Third floor: Protect all crown by screwing up lathe around crown any where that it may be disturbed. Cut around remove entire ceiling and dispose as. Remove and protect all fixture and wood work in center area. Gut off all plaster on center area.
