Detaching and reattaching back deck

I am having the back wall of my townhouse repaired (brick repointed and structo-lite patched where it’s cracked) and need to temporarily remove a large wood deck that is bolted in the wall. I’d like to reattach it later when the work is done. Could anyone recommend a contractor who could take care of this? Abedin is doing the work on the brick but I need someone else to coordinate the deck removal. There may be several other medium sized unrelated jobs to do too, like window frame insulation for both front and rear windows. The house is in Clinton Hill. Many thanks!

Thanks Steve. I had been told that by a contractor but it may be an exterior cement plaster…I’m not certain.

I have always been under the impression that structo-lite was an interior base coat product. I do not believe you can use it out of doors. Steve
