Cost for stoop ironwork?

I’d like to replace our current stucco stoop sidewalls iron railing and banisters. (Not sure of the correct technical terms here.) Any idea of cost? Just ballpark would be great, as well as some recommendations to do the work. Thanks!

First if you live in a landmarked hood there will be no “replacing” of anything because someone will potentially rat you out and Landmarks will come down on you like a plague of old.  But if you live in a landmark free hood, and depending on what type of ironwork you have then you should be able to just call up a company and have them estimate for you if they can either repair what you have or go all new.  If you have that good old cast iron metalwork, I would count on anywhere from 30 – 60K depending on how intricate, the type of repair and then affixing it all to the existing base.  If the existing base is not worth the base it’s built on then the cost goes up.  Good luck.
