Architect/Designer for Small Job

We have a third floor that I need some help thinking through. There are two finished rooms and an unfinished one. I’d like to carve out an office in the raw space and add a powder room. I have a few contractors so I don’t really need help in that area. Its a modest job, but could lead to other future work.. Thoughts appreciated.
