I am looking for a good real estate appraiser to appraise my property who is NOT also a real estate agent. Looking for an independant appraiser who is NOT in the business of buying and selling homes. Central park slope brownstone. Thanks!

When I can I use Sam Heskel of HMS Associates. A lot of lenders use Frank Ciotta who tends to be very conservative.
