Technology Centric Property Management Firm

Hello Everyone. Unfortunately, my condo is in need of replacing our Managing Company. Without naming names, the current one does not understand technology and it’s hard to communicate with them. We are in need of a new firm that has a ticketing based system to track progress on requests. The building is a 28 unit building in Williamsburg. Any new recommendations? It is almost impossible it seems to find a reliable, competent company in this city.
