Hi everyone, Might anyone be able to recommend a realtor specializing in short sales/bank owned/foreclosed properties in the Bed Stuy and Crown Heights areas? Someone aggressive that knows their stuff and can close relatively efficiently (considering the complex process involved). Very motivated buyer involved. Many thanks in advance!

Depends more on the bank. First check the properties the banks own (REO), find which realtors the banks use, and go from there.
